We all know that bananas are very good for us – they are a fruit after all. But how good are they exactly, and what benefits can be derived from eating them on a regular basis?
For starters, bananas are sure to give you a massive energy boost. Whether it’s morning or late in the afternoon, the banana will give you the kick that you needed to make you as productive as possible throughout the day.
What’s more, bananas aren’t going to make you fat either thanks to the low number of calories in each one. You can each as many bananas as you want, safe in the knowledge that each one contains only around 110 calories. Also, keep an eye out for smaller bananas, which tend to be sweeter than larger ones.
