An Inexpensive New Way To Insulate a Winter Window Using a Sheet of Bubble Wrap and Water

Many people want to be able to insulate their windows more effectively during the wintertime. If they’re able to insulate these windows, they can keep their houses warmer in the winter, saving money on energy and using less fuel in the process. Some people will get expensive new windows in order to achieve the exact same effect, but this is not going to be a viable option for everyone. The same effect can be accomplished with bubble wrap.

In this video, the demonstrator sprays water on the window in question and then sprays water on the back of bubble wrap that is intended to insulate the window. The bubble wrap adheres to the window very nicely, and holds in the heat from the house at the same time.
