During this quick tip video, you will learn how to quickly and safely defrost meat. We have all been faced with this problem before. Dinner time rolls around and we realize that the meat we want to cook is still in the freezer. Most people would give up on the meat and cook something else but with this tip now you don’t have too. You will need storage bags and hot water to do this amazing thawing trick.
To start, you need a pan of water which you will place on the stove. Then you will want to slowly heat it up to 140 degrees and make sure to measure it with a thermometer. Next you will want to place your meat in plastic storage bags and place them in the warm water. Depending on the cut of meat it will take about 12 minutes to thaw out.
