Police are looking for a woman responsible for dumping seven newborn puppies with a trash can behind a Nappa auto parts store in Coachella. The heinous act was caught on probation, and the authorities hope that someone will be able to identify this person.
It was 90 degrees outside when the woman threw the sack of puppies in the trash and left them to die. Fortunately, the man spotted the puppies and took them to the store for help. Mix Terrier puppies were only two or three days old.
They have survived a miracle. Puppies currently stay with Animal Rescue until they reach the age of adoption.
The woman faces accusations of cruelty to animals. If you recognize them, be sure to call the Riverside County Animal Service at 951-358-7387.
