Some neighbors continued to hear the sounds of dog abuse nearby and reported incidents. They videotaped for clues, and you can hear a man screaming and the dogs howling. So Victor Larkhill and his team showed up and asked to return the puppies, but the request was turned down. So they decided to take matters into their own hands…
The abuse had to stop, so Victor and his friend broke into the yard, grabbed the pups, and ran away! They didn’t care about the consequences at this point, only that these dogs would never suffer neglect and abuse again.
They named the pups Johnny and Carla, and they were immediately placed with a foster family. Then, they’ll go to a rescue center before they find their forever loving homes. Without the brave work of Team Victor, these dogs would still be in pain to this day. But now they are safe, happy and loved!
