A couple from Durham suffered terrible grief six years ago when their beloved Cocker Spaniel was stolen from their home. Simon and Caroline Hall do their best to find Bonnie but give up hope of ever seeing her again. They were elated when they got a call telling them Bonnie had finally been found on November 19. This video of the couple reuniting their lost dog is sure to catch your eye.
For her 10th birthday, Simon and Caroline said they planned to “spend a quiet night by the fireside”. The video below shows the emotional moment they finally got to see and hug Bonnie again, and it looks like Bonnie is also happy to be back with her real, loving family.
This was all possible because Bonnie was so broken up that it was almost impossible to find the owners without her. We can’t imagine how difficult it must be for this couple to lose their pet this way, but it truly is a miracle that they are reunited with Bonnie.
