The US Coast Guard station in Fort Myers Beach received an alert about a lonely old dog in the middle of the sea, the old dog has been there and knows how long and in great distress, so they set sails to the rescue
They pulled the boat as far as they could and called the dog and eventually, he came swimming to the side where they managed to catch him.
The crew took the beautiful boy on board and hugged the rescuers to thank them for saving his life!
They took a picture with the dog and went back to the beach to be reunited with his family. The dog was unharmed, and it could have ended badly. But thanks to the Coast Guard, he’s safe and sound!
