Little Chloe is a free spirit. She loves to do stuff and just be happy. That’s why she couldn’t sit tight and endure the ceremony when the “appetite” for a splash in the waters kicked in. Next? Wait for it!
She dashed off in the middle of the ceremony and headed right to the shoes of Albert Park Lake. Luckily, her mom went hot on her heels and caught up with her before she could dive for it. You should see the people’s reactions!
