Thomas Daniel tried to catch his school bus one morning, but couldn’t make it in time. Officer Lynema passed by and saw the young man trapped on his way to school. A friendly cop tells WZZM13 that he offered Thomas a ride when the bus doesn’t stop for either of them.
During the trip, Thomas invited the officer to his birthday party that day. Thomas also told the officer an unfortunate secret. Thomas admitted that he had been bullied and that the bullying affair could cause his classmates to leave the Christmas party.
The young officer escorted at his invitation and appeared at the Christmas party. Unfortunately, Thomas’ predictions that no one from the school would turn out to be correct. Only members of the Thomas family were there.
An uncrowded Christmas party took its toll on Officer Lenima. The next day, Agent Lynema returned to Thomas’ house with some of his friends from the area.
