The only thing the family noticed was that Chrissy’s stomach was a little bigger than in her previous pregnancies. She thought maybe she was carrying twins or something was wrong with her baby. But after giving birth via C-section, Chrissy’s baby, Carly, looked and sized like a toddler, weighing over 13 pounds!
There was only one baby in each ultrasound image taken. The doctors were sure that the pregnancy was going well and that there were no health problems. The only thing the doctors could conclude was that Chrissy’s baby would be bigger than usual.
No one really knew the size of her baby until she walked into the delivery room and heard the nurses scream.
Chrissy was ready to meet her baby girl after her C-section. However, she was not greeted with a child’s face. I thought she was looking at a small child! The nurses quickly cleaned and weighed the baby. Chrissy’s baby weighed over 13 pounds!
Newborn diapers didn’t fit, so nurses had to get bigger diapers while the baby was in the hospital. Chrissy and her husband had to buy bigger clothes when they brought their baby home.
