Animal Aid learned that the puppy was very ill and immediately proceeded to rescue him. When they found him he was so scared he was hiding in a bag. That’s all he can do. The puppy was injured and frightened and did not trust anyone. He cried out in fear and pain when they first touched him.
It was an encouraging sign when the puppy came out and started eating the crackers they brought. A lifeguard carefully took him to take him back to animal care facilities for treatment. It turns out that a deep groin injury was the source of all his pain.
