Doigo Elma had just walked out of a café in Zonguldak, Turkey, when she saw a stray dog shivering in the street. The poor dog was trying to protect himself from the rain by resting under the roof of the building.
Because of the bad weather and low temperatures, the puppy was very cold, so Elma took her scarf that had been wrapped around her neck before, and covered the stray dog with it.
